Nigeria’s finance minister, Zainab Ahmed today announced the approval of N470 billion special fund in the 2023 budget for university revitalisation and upward review of lecturers’ salaries.
N300 billion of this special package is for university revitalisation while the balance of N170 billion is for an upward review of university lecturers’ salaries.
