The kremlin has officially announced that it would host a ceremony on Friday to officially sign an agreement on the entry of the occupied Ukrainian territories to the Russian Federation, President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Thursday.
He said the ceremony will take place on Friday at 3 p.m local time (8 a.m ET).
The Russian maximum dictator is expected to deliver a speech and meet with Russian-baked separatist leaders of the four occupied regions on the sidelines of the ceremony.
