Tragedy struck on Sunday as a commercial bus, 18 seaters, coming from Ondo town and heading to Akure lost control and plunged into the Owena River.
Eyewitness account disclosed that some of the passengers in the ill-fated bus were killed in the accident.
Five of the passengers, including a child, were, however, rescued and rushed to the hospital by motorists and men of the Federal Road Safety Corps.
