Reports indicate that three Fulani terrorists today invaded the house of Chief Sunday Adeyemo’s (Sunday Igboho) mother.
The attack took place at about 7.45pm at Igboho town, Ibarapa Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Fedredsnews gathered that two of the men escaped while the third was arrested by vigilante men stationed at the house of Mrs Igboho. He was subsequently handed over to the police authorities at Igboho.
The arrested man was said to have told the police, upon interrogation, that they had credible information that Sunday Igboho would be visiting his mother today.
Recall that Fedredsnews had earlier reported that some men in military uniform were arrested while on a spy mission at the residence of Sunday Igboho in Soka area of Ibadan.
Although the Defence Headquarters denied its men were responsible for the failed mission, and actually labelled one of the arrested men as a “serial impersonator’, not a few Nigerians believed that the Federal Government was responsible for the operation.
