Breaking! Boko Haram release Kankara schoolboys from captivity

Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State, this evening, confirmed the release of the ‘Kankara Boys’, a group of 300 schoolboys of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara in Katsina state abducted by suspected Boko Haram terrorists last week Friday.

Sources told Fedredsnews that all the abducted schoolboys have been released and would soon be allowed to reunite with their families after the conclusion of the necessary protocols.

The boys are currently in Tsafe, Zamfara, where they would be brought to Kankara on Friday.

Earlier, a video emerged reportedly from Boko Haram, showing dozens of young boys in a forest begging the Nigerian armed forces to stop looking for them.

The terror group said they are the children kidnapped from their school last Friday.
